One of the worst customer service interaction I’ve had from any of the employees in this location. I just started going there and today was the worst experience !!!!! Employee seemed annoyed and not aware of the promotions posted, there was a sign that has a promotion for 4 juice bottles and she was unaware blamed manager for not advising her of the promotions. I think this might be my new favorite Nektar location. It's a cute spot, plenty of seating to just sit and enjoy. My order was placed on mobile order earlier in the day and was ready when I arrived. The staff were all friendly and attentive... And the Protein bowl was delicious!
Mobile ordered and arrived a few minutes early. My order was ready. Friendly customer service. Bowls tasted amazing and were made as requested.
