Just echoing what everyone else has said. Extremely slow service. Always understaffed. I regularly place an order online, wait 20-30 minutes, and have to wait an additional 20 minutes once I get to the store. It’s ridiculous and doesn’t seem to be getting addressed. It’s a shame because I really like their bowls.
Love there juices here but yea to add to the reoccurring theme, Of the timely service is something that is a big turn off. I’ve ordered every Time from online there is a quoted time when you order online , and when your product should be ready I have not once experienced it being done on quoted time. So if you order online the pattern that I have been experiencing is it will not be ready if you order online and you might need to wait an extra 10 - 15 mins extra that is a 40 + min wait for a juice . Unimaginably slow consistently. Ordered 20+ times from this location over the years and it still amazes me that I can order online for asap, wait 30 minutes, and it’s still not ready for another 10 minutes after I arrive.
Love this place and their menu! Staff are friendly and give off the small town family vibes. Would recommend!!
Had a terrible experience with the owner Whitney. She had every opportunity to help me and refused. I bought 4 bottles of product that were bad. When I tried them, I could tell that they tasted completely different than all other bottles of the same exact thing I had previously purchased. I reached out to her and explained the situation, that the ones I purchased I felt like were bad and that they still had two more weeks on their expiration dates.
