It’s been awhile since I have been to Nekter. The app is much better than it used to be. Also, the guy who was working at the shop was alone. It was busy but he kept his cool and got the drinks going as fast as possible. Even though I did mobile order he checked on me and made sure I wanted a certain ingredient that could change the texture. I appreciate him paying attention to those details. Thank you
Said it would be ready in 15 minutes took 20 and they even forgot the granola
Just drove 10 minutes from my house and arrived at 6:50pm and they said they don’t take orders 10 minutes they close…….unacceptable. I’m sure it’s a small business. I very sale counts. You just lost a potential lifelong customer
Great food- quick friendly service
The first time I tried to use the app it was very slow and I wasn’t able to complete my order. The in-store experience so far has been excellent, everyone is friendly and the service is quick!
