Slow! Slow! Slow! ！！！！！！！！！
Waited 30 min for an acai bowl. They got my order wrong. The whole time the staff was arguing in the back while everyone was waiting for their order. It was not busy.. It wasn’t good, it was expensive and it took a long time. Go somewhere else like Robeks or even Jamba Juice.
Stopped by to grab a smoothie, but when I walked in, an employee told me they were actually closed because the previous person had forgotten to lock the doors after leaving. I appreciated the employee letting me know what happened, but it wasn't a great first impression. I ended up going next door to Winchell's and got a smoothie there instead. Hopefully this was just a one-time mistake, because it's frustrating to make the trip only to find the store wasn't actually open.
I love Nekter, and the employee taking my order was friendly and doing her best, but the store was clearly understaffed this morning. There was only one person taking orders and preparing the food, which led to a very long wait. During the 30 minutes we were waiting, I saw at least four customers walk in, see the line, and leave without ordering. Waiting over 30 minutes for a smoothie bowl is simply too long.
