Having trouble logging in the the only same password used for years (unless there password requirements were lengthy and retarted). I tried calling customer service to be sent to voicemail and there unable to pull up my account at the register so I refused to by a smoothie till they can fix this and even the 3 Employees standing there said millions of customers are complaining about the app. I'm now heading to Jamba Juice with my own bought collagen packets!
It’s located in Kowalskis. I personally had a not great experience overall. The bowl I received was soupy despite eating it within 2 minutes of receiving it and ordering it in-person. They followed my requests correctly though, and were not rude. The smoothie wasn’t anything special, and the strawberry protein smoothie wasn’t particularly tasty for the $10 I spent on it before tax and tip. Honestly the food is great. I’ve liked everything I’ve had before. The service is really inefficient. I’ve been in line multiple times and it takes 15-20 minutes even when there aren’t a lot of people waiting. I even ordered ahead 20 minutes once and it wasn’t started when I got there for pick up. It’s hard to recommend when it takes so long to get anything. I don’t have issues with other vendors in Southdale or in kowalskis or really at other smoothie establishments.
This is the second time I’ve come at 6:40 pm right after work and they are already taking down machines for closing time. So annoyed. If your employees work until 7 they should be open and all machines on and operating until close. So frustrating! This place is amazing but very upset with the staff during night shifts.
