Kayla was in such a good mood it put me in a good mood too! This location always has lovely people working!
Although the staff is nice inconsistent with product. Understaffed. Sad. I was excited to have this near where I work but it’s not cheap. I wanted a refund but instead they remade it watery and not full cup.
The smoothies are good but the lady working with the multi colored hair was extremely rude and standoffish.. clearly people are bothering her or she was having a bad day.. expected to leave a tip when you get rude service, not gonna happen.
Having trouble logging in the the only same password used for years (unless there password requirements were lengthy and retarted). I tried calling customer service to be sent to voicemail and there unable to pull up my account at the register so I refused to by a smoothie till they can fix this and even the 3 Employees standing there said millions of customers are complaining about the app. I'm now heading to Jamba Juice with my own bought collagen packets!
