Honestly the food is great. I’ve liked everything I’ve had before. The service is really inefficient. I’ve been in line multiple times and it takes 15-20 minutes even when there aren’t a lot of people waiting. I even ordered ahead 20 minutes once and it wasn’t started when I got there for pick up. It’s hard to recommend when it takes so long to get anything. I don’t have issues with other vendors in Southdale or in kowalskis or really at other smoothie establishments.
This is the second time I’ve come at 6:40 pm right after work and they are already taking down machines for closing time. So annoyed. If your employees work until 7 they should be open and all machines on and operating until close. So frustrating! This place is amazing but very upset with the staff during night shifts.
I came here for a protein smoothie this Am and the smoothie was great. It was strawberry banana protein. I saw it made fresh in front of and the customer service was alright. A little pricey but not if you’re familiar with Edina and high quality food/drink. It was worth the money in my opinion. It was $10 for a small smoothie. I will definitely be back!
I ordered a small Popeye’s Açai smoothie. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent. I’m only giving three stars because of the time it took to receive my order. It took 12 minutes from the time I paid until my smoothie was ready. Given there was only one order ahead of mine (a bowl of some sort) and that there were three staff members on, 12 minutes felt a little long – especially for an early Monday afternoon.
