I was unable to place my order due to the AC being out. The heat was truly unbearable and felt about 90 degrees. I felt bad to place an order since only 1 employee was working and was backed up on several orders already. Overall a very bad experience and even inhumane condition to have the employee work in. Only 1 fan was provided that did not make a difference. I arrived at 11:10 and left in less than 5 min.
My bowl was really tasty, but the portions provided are not it, 1 strawberry was cut in my bowl, thats ridiculous for 12$+ , customer service was friendly but I could tell the girls where have a bad time due to no AC in the building
My first in-person experience at Nékter was super smooth and delightful — I was greeted upon entry and kindly given some time before ordering. I purchased 4 Banana Berry Açaí bowls and a Mango Bowl. ALL were just as fresh and delicious as they usually are when delivered to my door. One of the bowls had been ordered for the go, so I was asked if I wanted to keep it in one of the fridges until my departure. I go in about twice a week, and the quality is always consistent. I especially like Brianna because she suggests something new if I am unsure about my regular order. Her customer service is exceptional. I love stopping for a cold treat. We go to Brasil yearly (hubby is Brazilian) and the Açaí bowls are close to the ones in Brasil.
