My bowl was really tasty, but the portions provided are not it, 1 strawberry was cut in my bowl, thats ridiculous for 12$+ , customer service was friendly but I could tell the girls where have a bad time due to no AC in the building
My first in-person experience at Nékter was super smooth and delightful — I was greeted upon entry and kindly given some time before ordering. I purchased 4 Banana Berry Açaí bowls and a Mango Bowl. ALL were just as fresh and delicious as they usually are when delivered to my door. One of the bowls had been ordered for the go, so I was asked if I wanted to keep it in one of the fridges until my departure. I go in about twice a week, and the quality is always consistent. I especially like Brianna because she suggests something new if I am unsure about my regular order. Her customer service is exceptional. I love stopping for a cold treat. We go to Brasil yearly (hubby is Brazilian) and the Açaí bowls are close to the ones in Brasil.
Make your own bowls of acai? Of course! Choosing all of my favorite toppings and changing it up every time is something I adore. Ordering in advance is so simple with the Nékter app, and I enjoy receiving those rewards—it's the small things that brighten my day!
