Called to get my trailer repaired. Didn't return my called for two days. After a 5 minute conversation. Then asked for pictures in an email. I stated I'll send it IMMEDIATELY! After 6 days I recieved an email that they wouldn't be able to bid because they were 12 to 16 weeks out. Wouldn't that be something to state during our phone conversation? It was the OWNER I spoke with.
Very disappointed. Went for an estimate and walked out with a bill for $50. Not helpful at all. I won't be back.
