Brent installed our irrigation system in 2004 and has serviced it every year since then. He provides great customer service and has kept our system up and running with no problems for 20 years. I had a disappointing experience with Brent during two visits this spring. Unfortunately, he was rude to both me and my children. Despite my kids’ warning when they noticed the internet line was exposed when Brent was working to patch the sprinkler, he dismissed them and proceeded to cut it. He left without informing me about the cut or that the job had been completed.
