Spoke to Yasmin , I explained to her what I need help with. She asked for my name bc she thought I was someone else and even mentioned her last name to me…. Then declined me bc I don’t have an injury. Privacy and confidentiality is very important. Instead of telling me right away she can’t help me she takes down all of my contact info, accuses me of someone else and then declines me lol … please stay away!
