RecommendedI have shopped here at Nieman,s in Alpena for over 10 years, with learning that they are closing this location, I can no longer support this store. Upset and very disappointed. On a positive note, good luck to a wonderful staff. I will shop elsewhere.......
I will never shop here again. I came in at 10 to 8, and the lady at the register yelled at me that I only had 5 minutes... I had 10, but that's not the point. I told her I just needed 1 thing from the customer service desk, and she literally yelled from halfway across the entrance "that's too bad because they're closed!" no wonder people don't want to shop there with that kind of welcoming staff! rude rude rude
Made a quick stop today to pick up a handful of items. The store was not clean; the pin pads were filthy. I was trying to give them another chance after my last quick stop when a rude employee ruined my day. I wear a mask and gloves... good thing!

Neiman's is a great, locally owned and operated, family market. We appreciate thier good service, as well as their community involvemnt and support!
Love the bagels and the great service we get there. But prices are becoming exorbitant. That's no way to compete. It was worth it for the cleaner, friendlier shopping experience. But that was when Walmart was the only competition.
Thank you for all your kindness this year! Theresa Cooper is an outstanding manager and I am so grateful for all of her help with my dad!
