Cold Employees – Took an expensive ring back there (where it was purchased) to have it repaired since a stone was loose. The jewelry counter personnel were cold and acted as if they were being put upon to help any customers. Perhaps they are trained to act indifferent, but I would rather spend my money at a store that appreciates its customers.
What? No Visa? – This store will not take visa and they missed out on a $450 sale with me. How embarrasing when I had to leave the shoes at the counter because although I had a perfectly good Visa card, I did not have $450 in cash on me. Their problem. When there actually is service, it's not bad, but if you don't look 'the part' then it's hard to get served here. Give me Nordstrom any day.
