I came here because they offered the lowest price for repairing my car’s engine after I noticed white smoke. I won’t mention names, but the salesman who assisted me was friendly and helpful. They fixed the initial problem, but soon after, new issues started showing up with my car. I had to return for additional repairs a real hassle and even though the problems were caused by their previous work, I was still charged. I've been taking my Mercedes to Neils for at least the past 5 years. I have to say that the staff from reception to management have always been very courteous, helpful and professional. Their prices are reasonable, but their workmanship and service exceed expectations. I also appreciate that they're a local business here in Alhambra.
This is a least expectation but great outcome moment with Rick at NEILS! We brought our Camry to NEILS after hours a breakdown, dropped off by AAA tow (closed to midnight Sat) because it was the closest option. We didn’t have any experience with them and didn’t know what to expect. It turned out we couldn’t have picked a better place! Had a great experience at Neil’s and the costumer service by Rick was amazing he really got us back on the road and back home 500 miles away. I recommend this shop by far the best decision I made when in a tight situation.
Do not bring your car here!! Took my new car for a simple oil change, about a few days later my coolant leak everything , turn out when they where putting my oil filter on, they broke , damaged another part that leak and overheating my car on freeway cost $300 for the original part , of-course they would deny fault, took 2 different cars before, both times something had happend and i pay full price for them to damage something and make it worst, their not careful nor mindful of other people hard working valuables!!
