Professional service, very friendly and helpful staff.
I brought my '89 Camaro to Niels Automotive for a basic cooling system service. Since picking it up, the car has had ongoing overheating problems that were never an issue before. I went back, and they reflushed the system, but the problem was never resolved. After spending over $3,000, I'm still dealing with the same issue. Now, nearly a year later, I've learned they used the wrong type of coolant (Dex-Cool), which should never be used in older vehicles like mine. Neils does great work on your car! They are honest and very professional! They help you understand things and this is important for me being someone who doesn't know anything about cars! Extremely friendly! Neil's has the best team working! I don't usually have anything good to say about automotive repair shops but Neils has earned my respect and a highly recommendation status!
