Super friendly, honest and helpful. He knew his 4runners and helped me a lot.
Called Monday morning about my 96 Subaru window not rolling up, and Neil was able to squeeze me in on Wednesday. He did a wonderful job with the work, being transparent about all costs and priced competitively. Even offered to give me a ride to or from anywhere in town while he was actually working on the car. Wasn't the first place I called - the big name shops were booked up - but will definitely be the next place I go to. Can't recommend highly enough.
