They represent an owner (It appears to be Merrill Gardens but they try hard to hide their identity) at 231 Broadway, Tacoma WA 98402 who is allowing for unsafe conditions
After working as a third party contractor and seeing the condition of the properties they represent. Certain property managers are really good and the others, well it’s like watching a bad circus. The managers obviously don’t communicate well with the property owners. Then there’s the property owners that are too cheap to keep the buildings equipment in good condition. Not to mention how the company treats its third party contractors. They certainly do NOT take care of them.
The property management side of this company is one of the worst I have ran across. There is minimal communication between the very very green office staff.. their turn over rate is close to 50% a year. It’s an uncomfortably dictatorship with very little welcoming qualities. These people are cut throat with a unlimited supply of power. I would be very cautious to do any kind of business or have any interaction with this company.
