Dr. Goldberg is a miracle worker and it’s palpable that he truly cares about his patients. Great doctor and an even better person. Also, it’s always a pleasure to see Alyssa, the nurse, as she is very friendly and replete with professionalism.
The doctor himself is good however his administrative staff at the Bronxville location are not very welcoming nor friendly. I was standing in front of them for a good minute as they were on their phones chuckling about a new post on social media before either of them acknowledged me. When I finally got their attention I let them know I had been waiting more than 20 minutes for my appointment and they both said I needed to wait because I was squeezed in and made remarks under their breath. Very professional staff. Pleasant and very easy to speak to. My two year old was treated in the office and they couldn’t have been nicer.
