The Staff at Dr. Schultz’s Office are always very friendly and accommodating. They keep to the appointment times. They are always very thorough and make sure the paperwork is correct. Doctor Schultz always does a physical exam and goes over everything with the patient. He makes sure that the patients needs are taken care of. He goes over your file and medical results to make sure you as the patient are cared for properly.
Dr Schultz and Debi ( staff manager) were excellent. Generally doctors are hard to talk to and seemingly non sympathetic to your situation and injury. Immediately after meeting Debi and then Dr Schultz I felt I was in good hands. Debi is as Professional and personal as they come. The Dr walked in and it was more like a concerned friend than an assembly line as in most offices. Great knowledge and approach. Highly recommend
Dr Schultz has been amazing! I have a NY workers comp claim and no one else in Florida has been able to help me the way Dr Schultz has. He and his office staff have helped me get the treatment I need and the doctor is always available by phone when I have questions. Thank you Dr Schultz
I have never been so mistreated by a doctor in my life!!! I have hep c left me in pain for 2 weeks his excuse was that I couldn't give him one urine test one time I guess having hep c makes me a addict...........................really????? I feel I have been discriminated because of my hep c I did call several time waiting for test results that should have a 24 hour turn around time gave him a urine specimen Friday by Tuesday no results so sure I called looking for a result I need to work
I just have to tell you Dr Schultz and staff changed my life. I struggled through 2 other physicians before coming to Dr Schultz for WC. He listened and understood my situation I was in constant pain...Never missed any work...Iced and could not stand for more than 3 minutes before having to sit. My prior life before the injury consisted of 5K, Gym (3x) and happy person. The right meds cocktail,traction at home and life improved!. I would highly recommend Dr Schultz! Others failed me.
The office manager of this practice needs to be replaced or at least sent to training on how to professionally deal with angry patients. Not saying rude angry patients are acceptable, but when the office manager tells you to turn around and leave, swears and is condicending, that is really wrong. There ARE PROFESSIONAL Ways To Diffuse Most situations. A poor excuse for a office manager. There are no problems with the MD or other office staff. Nothing but good treatment has been received.
