I have been with Dr. Phelan for at least 10+ years and I have never had issues that we could resolve together. He is always kind and compassionate and very patient. I know others who also see him as a patient and have also heard nothing but positive things about him.
Dr. Phelan is competent, efficient and engaging. I believe he genuinely cares about my health and welfare. He's thoroughly familiar with my issues. It's a pleasure to have him as my GI provider.
