Excellent knowledge, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to talk to!
I have had numerous bad experiences with medical professionals so I was very nervous about this appointment! I was relieved to have a very positive experience, the staff was very friendly and professional, Dr Patel was kind, patient and treated me respectfully. I left feeling heard and that I was in good care.
Received multiple confirmation emails from Dr. Patel. Upon our arrival we were immediately brought to a patient room where we were left for 40 minutes. Then left to the dismay of staff.
