When I first went to Dr. Patel, I though I found a doctor that cared deeply about his patients. Over the past several months, I was put on a medicine that caused many side effects. When I was to the point of almost going to the ER, I called his office twice, with no response. I then sent a message through MyChart to get a very cold response from Dr. Patel basically telling me he was sorry, but he didn't have time to sit and read all of his messages and was too busy with other patients. I’ve never any problem with Dr Patel just because he’s not perfect some people have a problem with that some people forget that and they aren’t perfect themselves!
Excellent knowledge, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to talk to!
I have had numerous bad experiences with medical professionals so I was very nervous about this appointment! I was relieved to have a very positive experience, the staff was very friendly and professional, Dr Patel was kind, patient and treated me respectfully. I left feeling heard and that I was in good care.
