Dr. Patel took the time to call me at home on the evening before a holiday to let me know the outcome of my scan. He did not want me to spend the holiday weekend worrying about the results. No other dr. has ever done this.

The doctor is okay, when you can finally talk to him in person. The his staff is horrible. They dont return calls, fill out paperwork on time, often mess up scripts so you have multiple copays in a month because they dont read the doctors notes correctly. Sadly you spend more time trying to get problems resolved, than actually getting good care. When you go for appointments the staff is usually on their phones or talking to coworkers about non work things. The MAs make you feel like you are bothering them being there. Even m... read more
