Hi Guys, please DO NOT buy this product. Don’t be fooled by FREE BOTTLE. This company provides no customer services. I don’t know why there is a phone number here but they can help you with nothing.
20% of the packets from their amazon store are faulty. they hurt my nose.
The product is fantastic, their online store is not. Ordered a nasal spray on Jan 13 that showed in stock on their website. I followed up twice now and both times, received a response that it will be shipped in 10-15 days. They are just wasting your time. I ordered online because it was sold out at the pharmacy nearby. I ended up picking one up when the pharmacy restocked. I’m giving up on this online order, requested they refund my order but I doubt that will happen. They should really not offer to sell direct-to-consumer.
I purchased the Neilmed spray and received confirmation of my order on Feb. 17...I tried to track it and numbers given were not in system. Today March 9 I called customer service...they tell me it will come in 5 to15 more days. The shipping hasn't been on time. I am a person with allergies. I can't wait this long for my spray.
