Mark made buying a house easy. He buffered most of the stress by anticipating challenges and solving them before they arose. He was available anytime of the day of night for questions. At a moment's notice he was available to show properties. His connections in the community made financing and various inspections happen promptly and without issues. If something needed to happen, Mark had a person for the job. I enjoyed working with him and will look to him for future property endeavors.

Mark really went above and beyond as a buyer's agent. In a time of extremely low inventory, he did everything he could to find us a house to buy in the neighborhood we wanted. He also did a lot of the legwork that I had expected to do myself, on our behalf. He did an excellent job of explaining our way through the entire process, translating the legalese, and walking us through even even the most unlikely risks of owning a home. The best realtor I could have hoped for.

Mark was extremely patient with us throughout our lengthy process of finding a home. It took us a long time to figure out what we wanted and what we could afford, and Mark was very supportive and patient as we figured it out. As first time homebuyers we had lots of questions, and he always made sure we understood the process and what we needed to do. He was kind yet firm when needed with others involved, and is a great advocate with great attention to detail.
