I've been a loyal customer for several years and regularly purchase landscaping materials from this business. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I accidentally ordered 1m³ of road base instead of turf underlay soil. I wasn't asking for a refund—only to exchange it for another product of similar value. Poor quality garden supplies. Their soil is filled with crap just to make up the volume. Lazy staff who don't have any real customer service, unskilled and unprofessional. Only busy because of default.
Good supply of garden products. Our local supplier.
Used this company numerous times over the past three years. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful loading whatever we need onto our ute. Also had big amounts of concrete mix delivered to our home, super attentive and they were on time, communicating well re where to unload. Thanks guys and wish you all a Happy 2026
Good service overall and most things we have bought for the garden have been great but the TOPSOIL is dreadful. So many rocks and crap in it. The photo is the rocks we picked up after a thin spreading over 2.5 square metres. This was after tge bigger ones were picked out. Never again.
