The best doctor ever! I got a rhinoplasty and Dr.Vranis listened to everything that I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone.
I had a revision rhinoplasty in with Dr. Vranis in 2025, six years after my initial surgery with a different doctor. My first surgery left with an undefined tip and noticeable dent near my left nostril that I wanted to correct. That surgeon lacked good beside manner and was pretty dismissive of my concerns both pre and post op, even when I was having an allergic reaction to the adhesive from my bandages.
