First time meeting Dr. Sullivan and I won't be back. I was diagnosed with RA in 2018. I was referred to him by my PCP. He basically told me I didn't have RA, I just needed to lose weight, mind you, I've gained weight due to the pain (not being able to exercise) and medication. I was fit and athletic before everything went downhill. He was so focused on my weight that he then asked if I had diabetes. I told him no, then he asked if I had pre-diabetes, again I said no. Spent a lot of time listening!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Sullivan since 2004, he has been a hot/ cold doctor towards me. At one point, I only kept up with my visit to get my medication because Dr. Sullivan didn’t even address anything. I said what's going on with me. He rarely examined me during the visit. November 2024,I had to see him because he wouldn't renew my script for Benslyta. I have been taking it for lupus for maybe the 3 years now. I LOVE the entire staff
Came to Dr. Sullivan looking for assistance with what my primary care provider and another specialist I saw thought may be a hypermobility disorder. Dr. Sullivan came into the room with a smile on his face and a sincerely kind bedside demeanor. He informed me he'd gone over my chart the night before, asked questions and gave me a very thorough exam. This is the kind of doctor we all strive to find.
