"I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Neil Ganz's office located at 105 Benton Avenue. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Dr. Ganz himself came across as dismissive and disrespectful during our interaction. The examination was brief and lacked thoroughness, with no effort made to ask questions or understand my concerns. Please do not use this doctor, he has no bed side manners, rude and very rough and dismissing when you say you have pain. He does incomplete evaluations and makes false reports for insurance companies. Worst visit ever!!
