They will ALWAYS dismiss you, especially PCOS girlies. I’ve seen multiple different doctors here and not once has anyone helped me or led me the right direction. I was advised to “buy a book” on the topic instead of getting a referral or ANY advice on who to see or what to do. They’ve dismissed my symptoms before when I was younger, leading to the 6 hour PCOS surgery now that I’m an adult. They do NOT care about you or your health concerns.
Always waiting to be seen, sitting here for like 20 to 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. Honestly if the doctor can't even show up on time what's the point? Seriously, I have to schedule early and then somehow get breakfast before I dash off for work. This is absolutely unprofessional on their part.

I went to this office after experiencing unusual symptoms and a delayed period, hoping for clarity and reassurance. While the medical side of my visit was addressed, I left feeling misunderstood and dismissed. My provider jumped quickly to the idea that my symptoms were psychosomatic, which was very painful to hear, especially since I was looking for validation and support during a vulnerable time. The office staff is very nasty and rude. NP/CNMs will try and force things on you by scaring you. Policies are not defined. Would not recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to have to fight for the care you deserve.
