I was referred to Dr. Gorme, who is a DDS MD specialist by my dentist and was seen by Dr. Gorme on 10/10/2024. I arrived 35 minutes before my appointment time, I gently tapped on the dated sliding frosted glass window introduced myself and was handed about 10 forms to complete, back and front asked to sit and return the forms when I completed.
