I met Dr. Neal Kirshbaum for the first time in order to discuss my excruciating sciatic pain. I found him to be warm and personable and he offered a number of medical options to alleviate the pain. First, I had to be off blood thinners for at least three weeks before A decision could be a decided for the next course of action.
