I was having ear issues due to TMJ. I was referred to Tina at the Rochester Neil King office. She is amazing! She has worked with me to teach me how to manage my TMJ , build muscle on the side of my face that had little to none, and taught me exercises and stretches to be able to manage my TMJ going forward. I would highly recommend anyone with TMJ issues to go to Tina. She's kind, compassionate, and knows her stuff!!!
In the last fifty years, I've used about a half a dozen clinics for my therapy needs. All of my experiences have been good, but I must say that the entire staff at Neil King provide phenomenal service and care. I am currently receiving excellent oversight with exercises customized for my unique needs along with great training for success at home along with top-notch support materials that help me stay on track with proper technique. Tina is the Best!!!
OMG!! I could feel the warming vibrations of this facility before I even entered. From the front desk throughout the entire building the staff was forever delightful, informative, encouraging, patient and actually concerned about my well-being.
