The service at Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort was great. My car had not been serviced in over four years. They provided me with a full diagnostic and went over step by step the issues and the charges. My only complaint is that I did spend a considerable amount of money and they didn't offer much in terms of any discounts. Also they charge a fee for using a credit card which I was not used to when getting my car serviced at other dealerships.
Drop off after hours was easy. They got it done the next day earlier than expected. It was easy.
They are always professional and courteous. They perform the work quickly and efficiently.
Purchased our 2023 CR-V from Honda of Frankfort and loved the experience. We live in Louisville. Tried Honda World for service (it's a lot closer) did not care for the service or employees. Both are great in Frankfort. Our service dealer by choice.
