Everything was good except for a question I asked which he could not answer. I would have expected him to ask someone who would know and get back to me.
Was from out of town pulling camper with a diesel engine. Lovely DEF problem, thank you government. Anyhow, Bobby and the team were great with helping with logistics because of camper, diagnosing the problem, and getting repaired quickly to get us back on the road. THANKS!!
Great work did what was expected, fixed transmission leak under warenty
Wonderful service department! We had to take our vehicle in to be repaired while out of town. Neil Huffman arranged to have our vehicle towed to the dealership from Louisville, as it is still under warranty. They addressed our issue promptly and called us numerous times with updates. I highly recommend their service department!
The dealership had two tech who were out sick and it took awhile to change my oil. I did a review and the service manager called me and because I had to wait they gave me a free oil change for my next oil change. Thanks Neil Huffman Chevrolet. Great Service
