We drove three hours to purchase a car from this dealership. First of all, the sale felt very high-pressure. My son was very interested in the car so he asked him a lot of questions and asked if we could get it up on the lift, etc. We were told it was the weekend and there was nobody there to get it on a lift and the GM assured us that it had undergone a full inspection, had been serviced and was in good shape. Service Techs don't care about you or your vehicle! They just want your money. Service department does the bare minimum required... if even that. They cut corners where they can to save a buck for the dealership not for you. Avoid this Service Department at all costs... or it will cost you more down the road. Took my daughter's Chevy Sonic to this service center multiple times over the last 9 months. They have done over $2000 dollars worth of work to her car.
