I recently had a tooth extracted by Dr Hoss assisted by Andrea. I was nervous but Andrea provided a calming demeanor and reassurance that all would be fine. Dr Hoss and Andrea worked well as a team. I highly recommend them!
First time patient and experience was truly top notch…from Amanda my hygienist who made me feel so comfortable from the time I walked in to when the appointment was over. Even played the music that I enjoy. Amanda was knowledgeable and informed me on what she was seeing and what to expect while doing x rays and cleaning. Dr Hoss came in and was very knowledgeable as well. He discussed what he saw and set up a plan on next steps. He was so patient, kind and had such a calming voice. Just an enjoyable appointment.
I was not even a patient, but I was calling around to find someone to help me with an emergency. I found Dr. Hoss online and was able to contact him. He took me in the same day to evaluate the problem and brought me in the following day to start the process. I'm very grateful that he took me in so quickly and that it first therapeutic session have me relief. First time visiting after my previous dentist retired. I couldn't be more happy! Great communications, easy to find, pleasant greeting. Short wait til I was called in. Very nice dental hygienist, gentle with a good attitude that relaxed me greatly. Surprised that Doctor Hoss was also a very well respected resident of Stafford, where I live as well. (7 Stars If I Could) Dr. Hoss is the kind of dentist everyone hopes to find. Professional, honest, and actually takes the time to explain what's going on instead of rushing you out the door. The entire staff is friendly, the office is clean, and they make even the dreaded dental visit surprisingly easy. What really sets Dr. Hoss apart is that he's just a good dude.
