Disgusted by the way they treated me over the past year. The lack of respect for patients time and effort is very obvious. The staff/intake is sometimes unkind and their voices sound miserable and droning. I’m generally very well mannered with doctors office phone calls but I got so frustrated that I yelled and hung up. Samantha, I believe, was supposed to call me back from the office and still hasn’t responded for 3 months after countless voicemails and emails. Don’t waste your time. Unprofessional.
I was very happy with him he is very patient kind and gentle. Takes time to explain things and gives you time for questions. Im very happy he was my surgeon. his receptionist Sam was very helpful and went the extra mile for me
