Currently experiencing a very, very upsetting interaction with Neil Dahl Jewelers. They continue to placate me, do not return my phone calls, smooth talk me. I am particularly uncomfortable with the unctuous flirtation of Neil himself. They have had my jewelry in their possession for two and a half months for repair.
