I found working with Neil to be pleasure. It was a relatively complicated deal and we only experienced one hiccup which had nothing to do with Neil. I thought he and Thomas were incredibly responsive, helpful and very frank (which I appreciated). In fact, I was quite nervous about the transaction and he was very accommodating throughout. Thank you Neil!
Unethical, misrepresents issues, lazy and no follow through. He ended up costing us thousands of dollars in repairs on the property we purchased through his listing. A true liability for Bennion Deville and won’t use that company again because of him.
