Dr Choplin has cared for my wife and my Gluacoma/cataracts for almost 20 years. He is the best and highly skilled. What a shame he is leaving ECSD. That is a great loss. I give him 5 stars but the Hillcrest office is a disaster . Who is in charge? There is no parking to meet the need and the only option is paid parking if it’s available. Coming down from Escondido is a challenge. The paint is peeling of the walls on many spots and the office is dirty.
