We regret signing Neil Castellane as our seller agent. He provided zero productive guidance in getting our house, which was an investment property, sold. His approach was lazy and it cost us time and money.. Do yourself a favor, move on to an alternate Agent. This was not our first rodeo, but it was certainly our worst one thus far! I would not trust a real estate agent led by Neil Castellane, especially if you are moving to Hilton Head Island. I am the owner of a very small restaurant on Hilton Head, and Neil took the time to rewrite a review he had left for the previous, local owner which was defamatory in content of me. There are plenty of realtors who understand the value that people who are "not local" bring to the island.
