Was convinced to include National Roadside Assistance platinum plus cover with our used vehicle. Have needed to use this service on two occasions only to have the vehicle sit in the yard for an extended period of time untouched. Now told our vehicle can't be looked at for two weeks yet can't go anywhere else without voiding the warranty I've paid good money for. Sales staff were A+, back of house are absolutely pathetic
I found Bailey relaxed and easy to deal with. I greatly appreciated not having the “traditional pushy car salesman”. I knew exactly what I wanted and Bailey was helpful, pleasant, professional and accommodating to all my needs and requests. The personal touch on the day of pick up of my brand new vehicle added nicely to the experience.
if I could have posted no stars I would have. I will NEVER recommend Neil Beer to fix a problem on a Subaru. I have no faith in their mechanics and the service staff need several lessons in customer service. I took my Subaru 2010 in for a problem of it losing power. They had it for approx 3 months (granted it was over the Christmas break). The first time they gave it back to me, the engine light came on about 3 kms out of town, so I returned it.
