I visited the office for orthotics. Once molded and I received I needed adjustments to them and Neil stated I could come in anytime until they fit correctly and he would make the adjustments. I also paid out-of-pocket for the orthotics, a few hundred by the way. After wearing them for a few months they still were uncomfortable so I went in.
