Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Was a good place when Nicole (RN) was there and Dr. Luvin. They have left. They had been treating me for various pain related problems. I was informed when Nicole left that they can't treat me anymore. I think it's because I went in for prescriptions only. (No hard drugs). I wasn't taking expensive tests or having expensive treatments. My small co-pay wasn't enough. The Dr. insisted that I go to separate specialists for my pain...Even though I had been going there for many years! The "new" RN talked me out of coming back too... read more

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes
