I was sent to Neil Autoworks from a transmission specialist as I was told that I had an engine problem not a transmission problem. Neil was the only person the transmission place would recommend. It was about a 20 minute drive. Well, it turned out to be well worth the drive. Neil tested my car and suggested that I get a new gas cap and put the mid grade gas instead of what he called "the cheap stuff" in my car. I spent countless amounts of money trying to get my corolla fixed from Firestone to the dealership. I had a crank no start issue, The other places changed batteries twice, battery terminals, spark plugs, starter, alternator, and even my fuel pump was changed. Nobody knew what the issue was until I took it to Neil. I had been having this issue for years, avoiding a car payment. Finally my car is fixed. Even if I have another issue, I know I can take it back and get fair treatment. THANK YOU NEIL AGAIN AND AGAIN.
