It was a hard decision for my parents to accept homecare but the experience with neighbourhood home care services has been fantastic. The staff is caring and reliable and Brenda is great about sharing information and notes from their visits. Highly recommend.

My family has been using neighbourhood home care for about 4 months now. It was recommended to us by a family friend who is a nurse and someone close to her was using their services. Brenda the manager is incredible and has great communication along with all of the care givers and staff. I would recommend them to everyone.
Thank-you Brenda for your amazing Caregivers. So compassionate and understanding to my 94 year old Mother. Especially Victoria who went above and beyond the call of duty. The Caregivers were always on time and helped my Mom to feel safe and cared for. GOD BLESS you and all that you do. 🙏
