Had some scheduling issues, I paid online and had to follow up myself with a service date (might be a website issue), and the days I was quoted they came after the fact (weather was not a factor on those days). With that said, the price for service was very reasonable. The rep I spoke to on the phone to schedule the service was very nice, and made sure to address my issues right away. And they came and did a great job, I appreciate it. I will be using this company for more services moving forward.
Really happy with Neighbourhood Heroes so far in my first season with them.. They came out to aerate my lawn—even in the rain—which was impressive. Most places would’ve just rescheduled, but they got it done without any fuss. I also called about some weed control with their unlimited weed control, and they were out within a few days. Super responsive and easy to deal with. The service has been solid so far—seems like they take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them.
A few hiccups at the beginning with scheduling however I believe this was a website issue. Otherwise super friendly staff on the phone and in person. Great job on my yard. A quick email lets me know when they are coming to mow the lawn. Highly recommend them!!
Just had Randy here aerating our front & back yard..he did an excellent job..he is one strong young man to have pushed the aerator back up to our front yard. He should get a bonus just for doing difficult yard access..his muscles & strength alone deserve 5 stars..he earns every penny he earns!!! Also a very nice young man..you are lucky to have him as your employee..
This is the my first year using Neighbourhood Heroes. The third application was just completed this past week. After many years of neglect the lawn is looking good. Great communication and service from Angelo. So far, all good.
