Do not recommend. It's my first year with them but they keep missing spots with the weed killer and as I work nights out of town im getting very frustrated. I've emailed my requests, called and even showed the owner the areas that are being missed but it keeps happening. Would not hire again im very disappointed at the lack of results especially with several communications, should've canceled and gotten my money back but i was asked to give another chance to make it right. Been with them for 3 years. I upgraded to their healthy greens package this summer it was affordable and my lawn is the greenest it’s ever been. Highly recommend, Rowland was professional and even gave me advice over and above their regular services.
This is my first year using Neighborhood Heroes for my yearly lawn spraying. So far they have done an excellent job with everything! Their technicians are very friendly & knowledgeable & do not take short cuts when treating your lawn. Communicating any changes to them has been great, as they respond quickly through emails, texts and calls. They also have a nice layout for their website to access your account information. I highly recommend this company. Signed up for the month of August and decided to extend for another month due the excellent services provided by Rowland. Unlike other companies who don't communicate when they are coming, Rowland would let me know when he was coming. Great service and no surprises.
I highly recommend this company. We have used several big name lawn companies in the past but Neighbourhood Heroes are substantially better. Our lawn hasn’t looked this good in 10 years. Neighbourhood Heroes are well-priced, timely, and responsive with excellent customer service. We will use them again next summer!
