These guys are the best in Edmonton for lawn care! Their weed control and fertilizer blend is the best I’ve seen. I highly recommend these young men for all your lawn care needs. I had the 5 applications and an Aeration with Overseeding and my lawn looks amazing. Awesome communication from Randy. I’ll be a customer for a long time.
Very affordable. Always friendly and amazing service. A few weeds in difficult spots were missed but a quick phone call and they came back and took care of them. Our fence backs onto the city so the weeds never stop. Since using these guys our lawn looks amazing. Highly recommend.
Do not recommend. It's my first year with them but they keep missing spots with the weed killer and as I work nights out of town im getting very frustrated. I've emailed my requests, called and even showed the owner the areas that are being missed but it keeps happening. Would not hire again im very disappointed at the lack of results especially with several communications, should've canceled and gotten my money back but i was asked to give another chance to make it right. Been with them for 3 years. I upgraded to their healthy greens package this summer it was affordable and my lawn is the greenest it’s ever been. Highly recommend, Rowland was professional and even gave me advice over and above their regular services.
The snow removal team regularly did not meet the service levels contracted as “within 24hours of a trace of snow” which is according to their standards 0.5cm. Sometimes waiting over 48hours for service. Their support email doesn’t connect and gives a message there is no such email, the only person I could contact at was the guy servicing my moms house and had excuses and not improvement or results.
