Can’t say I was pleased at all. They advertise they make the doors in Alaska, after getting the run around for a quote for 4 days. Called today and they said they were still waiting on the quote and the it was an 8-10 week process. Canceled the quote and headed to local warehouse building supplies source from China as well.
The salesman - Reid was exceptional to work with. Very helpful.
Requested an opening window to be installed. Really smooth process of requesting and ordering. Install was fast and now I have a wonderful opening window in my office.
Excellent service from start to finish. They did what they said they woulds do, when they they said they would do it and at the price they quoted. That's rare service anymore.
