These folks were/are great. Wife had some serious health problems develop shortly after our initial order and our windows wound up sitting in Neighbor’s warehouse for months while we coped with that. Office staff was cheerfully accommodating, understanding and caring while we dealt with the health issues. The crew that came out to install the windows were total pros.
