Like a previous review has stated, I showed up on a business day (Friday) at 9 am. No one in the office and no one answering the phone. No notice on the office when they'd be back. I didn't plan on waiting around all day for them to show up, so I went down to Extra Space Storage and the owner there gladly accepted my business.
Found this company through U-Haul's website. Attempted to call them before booking because I noticed on Google street view that there are no signs or markings on the building. No answer. Went ahead and booked knowing I might have to cancel the reservation. Never received a call after 4 business days. Showed up at the facility and the office was closed.
