I called Neighbors after my husband suffered an acute medical crisis and I wanted to learn more about their services. Jen provided an excellent overview of how they could help. While he was in and out of hospitals and rehab facilities for 3 months, she called periodically to check in on me and provide support and resources. Neighbors is an amazing agency . My dad had dementia I moved him in with me to care for him . I hired neighbors to care for him . Started with just making lunch and visiting As he got worse it was full days. My dad would smile when the caregivers came they became part of the family. Thank you !!
Best home care agency in Warren/Washington county.
This is the worst agency ever. They are unreliable and irresponsible. They have left my aunt in bed for days and not do anything to resolve the issue. We have called and complained and they have not done anything to resolve the issue. Their workers do not want to work and are abusive. They also have instructed their attendants not to help my aunt from the bed.
