Best home care agency in Warren/Washington county.
This is the worst agency ever. They are unreliable and irresponsible. They have left my aunt in bed for days and not do anything to resolve the issue. We have called and complained and they have not done anything to resolve the issue. Their workers do not want to work and are abusive. They also have instructed their attendants not to help my aunt from the bed.
DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS NY. My mother has been using this service with my grandmother for the last few months. They are unreliable and do not properly screen their employees. My grandmother has had over $600 in cash stolen from her house as well as property. My mother has cameras as you enter and leave my grandmothers house and we have video proof of a person stealing from her, and the company is "discontinuing care because it is in their best interest".
