I am so sorry I used this company.. they have some balls treating people the way they do..all I can say is one way or another I will get my stuff back and fixed. I will see to it thier buisness suffers as much as I have..
Do not use this company. They are a complete rip off. They showed up 5 hours late, drunk, (thats right drunk) and ripped me off by \$100.00 because oh get the credit card machine isnt working and charged it anyway
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND CHANGES PRICES AND HOLDS YOUR STUFF HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU PAY THEM A RIDICULES AMOUNT OF MONEY. THEY WANT YOUR CREDIT CARDS AND SECURITY CODES. I HAVE TO CANCEL MY CARD TO PREVENT THEM FROM USING IT LATER BBB WILL BE CONTACTED. IM PARTIALLY DISABLE AND HAVE BEEN FORCED TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS. PLUS THEY DIDNT PACK UP MY ENTIRE HOME WHICH WAS BROKEN INTO AND CONTENTS WERE STOLEN. THEY WANTED OVER 900 DOLLARS JUST TO MOVE ACROSS TOWN. DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER IN YOUR LIFE. When I called one of the owners, Ray, he said that if I didnt pay (even though they didnt complete the move) they were going to keep the things still on the truck as hostage. In addition, I found some of my alcohol and glassware in the truck as they were trying to leave; they said they "forgot" to unpack it. FIND SOMEONE ELSE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
