Neighbors helped my family and me care for my mother before she died. Anna who was our night aide the last week of my mother's life was an extraordinarily kind and caring person. She was skilled at taking care of both my mother and our family in what was an intimate and very delicate situation. She was present and in charge without being intrusive. She was very caring and gentle with my mother and helped guide us through a very difficult week.

I cannot begin to tell you how significant the differences were between the aides from Neighbors and the aides I've had from other agencies. Neighbors' aides were wonderful, warm people... so well trained, so professional and so experienced. In their care my mother became more confident, more relaxed and so much more optimistic. I've had to call them in the middle of the night and there is always someone on the other end of the line to answer the phone and help us out... not an answering service but a real person.
