Very fast and efficient services and the staff is always super friendly this is my go to emergency center!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Neighbors Emergency Center in Baytown. We came in because he was having some concerning head pain, and from the moment we walked in, everyone treated us with kindness, compassion, and respect. Dr. Latif was thorough, took the time to answer our questions, and made sure we understood everything. Duke, our nurse, was incredibly kind and attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Sharonique in Radiology was friendly and made the imaging process quick and easy. Quick ER visit. Zoey got us checked in right away. We're taken care of by nurse Duke and Sharonique. Dr Latif was outstanding. Highly recommended ER everyone was caring and helpful.
